TV/ Aerial Fault

Tricky fault to diagnose but feel Mark came toward the end of the day when it was getting late/ dark. He checked the signal to my TV on the main telly and signal in amp in the attic and said one signal not good, other is, might be one device connected, the DVD, remove that. He changed connector on aerial lead and said let him know if pixelation persists. I did let him know by phone it was worse and he said unsure what problem is might have to replace aerial and leads, just watch TV through Freeview recorder. Another aerial co. Said two faults which they fixed. No guarantee discussed.
